This page explains how our website, client reviews and email contact options work. For questions about your information, email cityscalegrowth@gmail.com.

Contacting us by email

You can send project inquiries to cityscalegrowth@gmail.com. The contact page opens a draft in your own email app; you review and send the message there. Opening the draft or copying our email address does not send an inquiry.

We use the contact details and project information you choose to share to respond and discuss your project. Our inbox uses Gmail, so Google processes email as part of providing that service. Your own email provider also handles the messages you send. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, or sensitive documents in an initial inquiry.

This website does not currently collect or store project inquiries through an online form. You can email us to ask about information you have shared or request its deletion.

Leaving a client review

When you submit a review, we store your name, email address, optional business name, star rating, written feedback, submission date and agreement to publication. Reviews are stored using the website’s Cloudflare database. We use your email to match your feedback to a real project or follow up privately.

Your submission starts in a private review queue. After review, your name, optional business name, rating, written feedback and review date may appear publicly on the website. Your email address is not included in public reviews. We welcome feedback of every rating and do not rewrite reviews or change their ratings.

To limit spam, we keep short-lived, keyed hashes based on the submitting email and, when available, the visitor’s IP address, along with request counts. The website does not store raw IP addresses in the review database. Expired counters are removed on later submissions.

Reviews remain in our records until removed. Email us at cityscalegrowth@gmail.com to request a correction, withdrawal from public display or deletion. Please do not include private or sensitive information in the text of a review.

Managing reviews

The owner’s review-management page uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Authentication services handle sign-in and related session cookies. The website stores the authorized owner’s Site-specific account ID to restrict access to submissions and records which account last moderated a review.

Concept businesses are fictional

Everstead Home & Garden and Alder & Co. are demonstration projects. Their inquiry and consultation controls open an explanation only. They do not collect personal information, submit a request, or make a booking.

Hosting and technical information

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect the website.

Analytics, cookies, and assets

CityScale Growth has not configured marketing analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. Fonts, photography, and screenshots are served with the website. Hosting services may use their own security mechanisms.

Updates to this information

We will update this page if we add an online inquiry form, analytics, or other services that change how the website handles your information.
